Error description

• Deploy information not available for shared libraries which do
  not contain subflows and hence mqsilist and webui reports
  DeployTimestamp and DeployBarFile name as blank.
  
  Example:
  
  
  BIP1272I: File 'ShLib3831\myesql.esql' is deployed to
  integration server 'EG'. (Shared library 'ShLib3831')
  Deployed: '' in Bar file ''

Problem summary

  USERS AFFECTED:
  All users of IBM App Connect Enterprise V11 and V12 using shared
  library that do not contain subflows.
  
  
  Platforms affected:
  MultiPlatform

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The mqsilist command output is not displaying the deploy
  timestamp and bar file name for shared library that doesn't
  contain subflows.
  

Problem conclusion

• Product is modified so that the mqsilist command will report the
  deploy timestamp and bar file name.
