Error description
By setting AutoRespondToHTTPHEADRequests=true on HTTPConnector or HTTPSConnector, a user expects that the listener will respond to HTTP 'HEAD' requests without invoking the message flow. However, in the case of REST API web service, the property setting is ignored and HTTP 'HEAD' requests are routed to the message flow.

Problem conclusion
