Error description

• The IBM Spectrum Protect Plus Container Backup Support job to
  backup or restore Persistent Volume Claims (PVC) or namespace
  resources ends with the error message: <CTGGK3074> The creation
  of a data mover failed with the error message: None.
  The error message will appear after approximately 15 minutes
  have passed into the job and the job
  will end. There is no data mover deployment created with the
  name prefix of backup in the namespace of the PVC to backup or
  restore.
  
  This error is inconsistent due to shared object interactions.
  

Local fix

• Retry the backup or restore with no more than one PVC per job.
