Error description

• When viewing the notifications for monitored devices, the counts
  in the filter badges above the table may not match the row
  counts.  This can apply to error, warning, informational, and
  acknowledged.  Additional rows may be shown for older events
  that are not included in the count above the table.  The same
  issue happens with the Notifications dashboard and the
  Notifications tab or panel for a particular device.  The Advisor
  panel under Insights has the same behavior with its events.
  

Local fix

• Acknowledge, unacknowledge, and then re-acknowledge the event
  for temporary relief.
