IT40482: MQSIEXTRACTCOMPONENTS FAILS TO MIGRATE FLOWS HAVING POST DEPLOY OVERRIDES FOR MONITORING AND THROWS BIP8393W.

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• mqsiextractcomponents fails with "BIP8393W : File was found in
  the backup but its contents could not be processed and will not
  be converted. The error 'Invalid message flow content' was
  returned." for message flows having post deploy overrides for
  monitoring.
  
  mqsiextractcomponents trace will show additional bip messages  -
  BIP6089E and  BIP2116E.

  USERS AFFECTED:
  All users of App Connect Enterprise V11.0 and V12.0 who is using
  mqsiextractcomponents command to migrate from previous versions
  and having post deploy overrides for monitoring
  
  
  Platforms affected:
  z/OS, MultiPlatform

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  In IBM Integration Bus V10.0 or earlier, after the deployment of
  a message flow, a user can change the state of an event source
  in the message flow by using mqsichangeflowmonitoring command
  with -s <eventsource> -i <eventState> arguments. The change will
  be added as post-deploy overrides inside the message flow.
  
  Currently, the post-deploy overrides are not supported in App
  Connect Enterprise V11.0 or V12.0 .
  
  The mqsiextractcomponents command will fail to migrate
  messageflows having post-deploy overrides for monitoring and
  will throw BIP8393W message in the ACE console. The following
  errors can also be seen if you take a user/service trace
  
  BIP6089E: An error occurred whilst parsing in a bit-stream of
  type 'XMLS'. The preceding text is '="Complex"><MbTable>' and
  the following text is '<Row><eventSourceNod'.
  BIP2116E: IBM App Connect Enterprise internal error: diagnostic
  information 'iCurrentProperty is nullptr when it should be
  pointing at a property.'
  

Problem conclusion

• Product is modified in such a way that the
  mqsiexctractcomponents command will ignore post deploy overrides
  for monitoring on/off/control settings like other post deploy
  overrides (eg: accounting&stats/user exits) that are currently
  ignored.
