Error description

• DETAIL OF PROBLEM:  During the Tier update process, Storage
  Insights is failing to pull complete data related to Tier
  information reliably.  Because of this Storage Insights is
  displaying varied levels of inaccurate information.  At times
  partial/missing, or complete lists of Tiers and their associated
  data.  Reloading the pages can result in successful display

  not, display one or more of the Tiers at randomly.

• Local Fix:  Workaround - Refreshing the Tiers panel can result
  in all Tiers being displayed as expected
