Error description

• A message flow with additional instances that uses a cached,
  non-deployed stylesheet to perform XSL transformations may
  intermittently, when under heavy message load, report error
  BIP4446E:
  
  BIP4446E: The XSLT node ''XSL Transform Node'' requested a
  transformation of XML data, but the identified stylesheet
  ''/filesystem_path/myTestStylesheet.xsl'' does not exist.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

  USERS AFFECTED:
  All users of IBM Integration Bus V10 and IBM App Connect
  Enterprise V11 and V12 using the XSLTransform node.
  
  
  Platforms affected:
  z/OS, MultiPlatform
  
  ****************************************************************
  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  A message flow with additional instances that uses a cached,
  non-deployed stylesheet to perform XSL transformations may
  intermittently, when under heavy message load, report error
  BIP4446E:
  
  BIP4446E: The XSLT node ''XSL Transform Node'' requested a
  transformation of XML data, but the identified stylesheet
  ''/filesystem_path/myTestStylesheet.xsl'' does not exist.
  
  This can occur due to a timing issue that results in a java
  NullPointerException being thrown when checking the last
  modified date of the stylesheet.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product now handles the case where a null pointer exception
  is thrown when retrieving a stylesheet from the cache, and now
  continues to locate the file on the filesystem.
