IT40159: SI DATA COLLECTOR LOG COLLECTION SHOULD COLLECT A FULL DETAILED LISTING OF ALL FILES AND FOLDERS UNDER THE INSTALL LOCATION

Error description

• This is a serviceability APAR. Requesting that the code that
  collects the Data Collector log package be updated to also
  include a full detailed listing of all files and folders present
  in the data collector install location.
  For example, on AIX and linux data collectors:
  
  cd <dcinstalldir>; ls -alR >outputfile.log
  
  And on Windows:
  
  cd <dcinstalldir>; dir /s >outputfile.log
  
  This will help support to see what other files and folders are
  present, including owner and permission information in case
  additional data needs to be requested from the customer, or if
  there exists old files and folders that could cause problems.
