Error description

  • The IBM Spectrum Protect Plus Microsoft SQL backup can fail with
an error indicating the backup volume was not mounted.
The following error can be seen in the job log:

ERROR,<timestamp>,CTGGA3146,File path: <file_path> validation
failed reason: [(2  The system cannot find the file specified.]

Problem conclusion


    

  • Fixed an issue with error handling of mount operation. After
applying the fix SQL backup will complete without file path not
found errors.
