IT40054: HTTP LISTENER DOES NOT BIND HOST NAME

Error description

• AppConnect Enterprise configuration allows to specify IP address
  for HTTP listener in the configurable parameter ListenerAddress.
  If host name is specified instead of IP address, the HTTP/HTTPS
  listener is unable to bind to HTTP/HTTPS. In IBM Integration Bus
  V10, the HTTP listener did bind to HTTP if host name was
  configured instead of IP address.
  
  This APAR will allow to bind with configured host name, aligning
  system behaviour with IIB V10.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
