Error Description: After the upgrade IBM Spectrum Protect Plus to version 10.1.9, editing SLA policy, a pop up window can appear with the following errors: . Error Message : ErrorClose modal Error Server was unable to process request. . IBM Spectrum Protect Plus UI can get a 429 "Too Many Requests" response from the REST API calls to the SPP core backend. Problem conclusion
IBM Spectrum Protect Plus level 10.1.9 and newer implemented an API level rate limit for security reasons. The rate limit has been relaxed to accommodate most customer environments. Further adjustments to the rate limit can be made in the configuration file: /opt/ECX/spp/config/application.yml
