Error description

• When viewing the Export Performance Data output for a DS8000,
  there are many intervals that about 15 seconds long along with a
  regular interval (5 minutes) right ahead of it with blanks for
  many metrics.  The data from these two rows, collected seconds
  apart, should be consolidated rather than listed separately with
  blank data for some metrics.
