Error description

• When a vSnap server is unregistered from a site that has
  multiple vSnap server, subsequent VM backups may be full instead
  of incremental for VMs on that site. There is no error message
  but a job log message will show that a full backup was done per
  VM:
  INFO,1639432972728,Mon 13 Dec 2021 17:02:52 EST,3,CTGGA2247,Will
  do full backup for <vm-name> reason: no previous backup results
  found.
