IT39637: THE RESTORE OF EVENT MESSAGE COULD LOOP FOREVER RESTORING THE SAME MESSAGE

Error description

• The agent can loop and restore one message over and over when
  all of the following conditions are met:
  
  backup is made using version < 10.1.6
  restore is made using >= 10.1.7
  a restored object is an event type
  
  The job will be showing over and over the same number of
  processed messages.
  
  In the job log the following messages will be repeated:
