Error description

• DataPower may experience an unexpected reload when trying to
  remove an object from the API Rate Limit Cache that is either
  unavailable or has already been removed. The removal can be
  provoked by varying sources such as commands ("clear ratelimit
  cache" / "gateway-peering-flush") or the objects state itself
  bouncing (Gateway-Peering Objects).
