IT39375: INCREASE LOGGING FOR ADDING CISCO SWITCHES TO STORAGE INSIGHTS

Error description

• While adding and subsequently probing Cisco switches there may
  be an EOF error encountered which is terminating the probe and
  PM collection.
  
  The Data Collector logs contain this error info:
  [CiscoRestClient.sendCommand] [ERROR] IOException
  java.io.IOException: Premature EOF
  [StatsCollectorCiscoSwitch.collectPhysicalPortDataXml] [ERROR]
  Rest call returns error: Unexpected HTTP status code: 500,
  message: Premature EOF
  
  This was unreproducible and only encountered once, therefore
  an improved logging will be added to capture more details if
  this ever occurs again.
