IT39349: "CTGGA3127 FAILED TO FIND A PREFERRED NODE FOR THE DATABASE" MESSAGE ENHANCEMENT NEEDED

Error description

• Using IBM Spectrum Protect Plus, the backup job for Microsoft
  SQL will stop as designed with the message :
  "CTGGA3127,Failed to find a preferred node for the database:
             <DBName>"
  when the database is not located on the preferred node of an
  Always On Availability Group (AAG) and the replica node is
  inaccessible.
  The message should include additional information to ensure the
  operator reviews the status of the database and return it to a
  healthy state in the AAG before running the backup again.

Problem conclusion

• Two new messages are added to the job log for SQL Server AAG
  configurations. The first one will provide the current
  configuration for preferred node and the preferred node. A
  second warning message will be provided if a database is not
  available on the preferred node so that the user can take
  appropriate action to fix the issue.
