Error description

  • In order to maximise performance the parsers in IBM Integration
Bus and App Connect Enterprise will often re-use the input
bitstream when serialising if it has been detected as valid. In
the case of the JSON parser when the serialisation encoding is 0
and the input encoding matches the default encoding the input
bitstream could be re-used but is not.

This may be detectable due to differences in preservation of
whitespace or escaped characters in the serialised output.

    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
In order to maximise performance the parsers in IBM Integration
Bus and App Connect Enterprise will often re-use the input
bitstream when serialising if it has been detected as valid. In
the case of the JSON parser when the serialisation encoding is 0
and the input encoding matches the default encoding the input
bitstream could be re-used but is not.

This may be detectable due to differences in preservation of
whitespace or escaped characters in the serialised output.

Problem conclusion

  • JSON parser instances are now eligible for re-use when the
serialisation encoding is 0 and the input encoding matches the
    default encoding.
