APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • In the DataPower processing policy, if you have a results action
with INPUT as the "input context"; the DataPower appliance will
run into an unexpected reload.

Local fix

  • Change any input context after the parse action from INPUT to
either a context variable or the input buffer. (Remember INPUT
represents the natural payload itself)

Problem summary

  • The fix will abort the transaction instead of restarting the
device.
