Error description

• Inconsistent max and min values between performance chart and
  table
  DETAIL OF PROBLEM:
  Reviewing performance values in Storage Insights shows
  inconsistent max and min values in the table when comparing to
  the performance chart directly above it.  The discrepancies vary
  but can be encountered with any time range.
  
  For example:
  - Table at the bottom of the Performance tab for a device
  reports a Max Read Response Time (ms) of 15.81 but the chart
  above it does not have any read response time above 4 ms.
  - Table at the bottom shows a Max Read Response Time of 2.3 ms
  and the chart shows it reaching almost to 10 ms.
