Error description

  • Transaction rollback on an SQL Server can result in a hang
    intermittently. The call stack of the hanging thread shows the

Problem summary

    USERS AFFECTED:
    All users of IBM App Connect Enterprise V11.0 and V12.0
    connecting to SQL Server using ODBC.
    
    
    Platforms affected:

    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    Transaction rollback on an SQL Server can result in a hang
    intermittently in the ODBC driver. The call stack of the hanging
    thread shows the following function calls in it.

Problem conclusion

  • Product now includes upgraded Datadirect ODBC drivers for SQL
    Server that addresses the hang issue during the rollback
    operation.
