APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • Due to the algorithm for weighted round robin (WRR) in Load
Balancer Groups it is possible for a reload to occur. The
weights of the members, if equal to each other or due to other
calculations may cause a reload due to bad division handling of
    divide by zero.

Local fix

  • Use round robin, not weighted round robin. Otherwise set unique
weights for each member, do not re-use the same weight on
    multiple members.

Balancer Groups it is possible for a reload to occur.
