Error description
When multiple consumers are waiting to get message from a queue and when MQ detects a consumer ended when attempting to deliver message to that consumer then MQ is not delivering the message to one of the consumers still waiting to get the message.

Platforms affected: MultiPlatform **************************************************************** PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: A design limitation caused a timing window during which the queue manager could not deliver a message to existing waiting consumers after a consumer ended unexpectedly. The message would instead be delivered to the next applicable MQGET request received for the queue by the queue manager.
