Error description

  • Message flow statistics are collected when using workload
    management features. These statistics are transferred from
    message flows to the workload management system using an in
    memory queue. A performance issue with this queue can cause
    statistics data to not be drained from the queue correctly
    causing abnormal memory growth. This presents as a growth in a
    number of eyecatchers including DBLS, DBNS and DFNT.

    PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
    Message flow statistics are collected when using workload
    management features. These statistics are transferred from
    message flows to the workload management system using an in
    memory queue. A performance issue with this queue can cause
    statistics data to not be drained from the queue correctly, thus
    resulting in abnormal memory growth. This presents as a growth
    in a number of eyecatchers including DBLS, DBNS and DFNT.
    

Problem conclusion

  • The performance issue has been removed, so workload management
    statistics should be processed without delay and without build
    up.
