Error description

• The IBM Spectrum Protect Client for Space Management (HSM)
  transparent recall might not be able to recall the migrated
  files as entire file
  
  if Space Management partial recall is executed for the migrated
  files after the Scale SOBAR restore.
  The problem affects HSM migrated files which were either
  premigrated or partially recalled at SOBAR backup time.

Problem conclusion

• After the fix, the HSM transparent recall will consistently get
  the file data back regardless of the migration state the file
