Error description

• It may happen that a manual assignment of storages devices to
  dedicated data collectors will be overwritten automatically.
  As an example, in this case the client has two data collectors
  per data center and assigned the storage devices of that data
  center to the related data collectors.
  But sometimes it happens, that a third data collector, located
  in a different data center, was assigned automatically.
