IT38683: CTGGT0176 "UNABLE TO READ ATTRIBUTES/META DATA" ERROR IS CONFUSING/MISLEADING

Error description

• During an IBM Spectrum Protect Plus file system backup, an
  object (file)
  may change during the backup. When this happens the CTGGT0176
  
  "Unable to read attributes/meta data" error is written to the
  job log for all
  
  objects that experience this behavior.
  
  
  Example:
  
  
  ERROR,CTGGT0176, Unable to read attributes/meta data for
  E:\ibm\myfile.txt.
  
  This error can be confusing or misleading to users and should be
  changed to something more descriptive.

Problem conclusion

• The misleading message CTGGT0176 error is removed. Now in case
  that a file is deleted during the backup operation the warning
  message CTGGT0204 is reported and the backup operation
  continues. No action is required.
