Error description

• If an MQReply node's property is promoted then the deployment of
  the message flow fails with BIP2214E error message. For example
  if destinationQueueManagerName property is promoted then the
  deployment fails with following BIP2214E error message in the
  system log file.

  no value for attribute ''destinationQueueManagerName'', object
  ''Queue manager name''

  All users of IBM Integration Bus V10.0 using the MQReply node
  with promoted properties.
  
  
  Platforms affected:
  z/OS, MultiPlatform

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  If a property on the MQReply node is promoted then the
  deployment of the message flow fails with a BIP2214E error
  message. For example if the "destinationQueueManagerName"
  property is promoted then the deployment fails with the
  following BIP2214E error message in the system log file.

Problem conclusion

• The product no longer generates a BIP2214E error while deploying
  a message flow with a property promoted from an MQReply node.
