Error description

• During migration, an extra colon is getting added to the end of
  monitoring profile policies as below, which can lead to
  unexpected functional issues.

  The users have reported that the TADatacollector command is
  throwing below exception due to this error :

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The extra colon that is getting added  at the end of monitoring
  profiles during migration may lead to unexpected functional
  issues.
  
  For example, the TADatacollector command may fail with below
  exception:

• The product now modified so that it will no longer add extra
  colon at the end of monitoring profile during migration.
