IT38316: "CTGGA3153 VOLUME NOT FOUND ON STORAGE" UNNECESSARY WARNING

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The first backup with IBM Spectrum Protect Plus of guests that
  once have been protected with the same SLA but later were
  removed from that SLA and had all their restore points expired
  will display a warning :
  
  SUMMARY,<timestamp>,CTGGA2399,Starting job for policy BACKUP

  The virgo log found in the job log bundle will help to know to
  what guest that message is related :

  That Warning message CTGGA3153 is confusing as it is not
  mentioning the affected VM and is not useful for the operator.
  In this scenario, the informational message :
  "CTGGA2247 Will do full backup for VM <VMName> reason: no
   previous backup results found."
  is sufficient.
