Error description
When using Datapower and early version of WAS JMS server (prior to 8.5.5.15 and 9.0.0.11), sometimes JMS connection is terminated and Datapower reports "WebSphere JMS error(26) - CONNECT_FAILED".
Local fix
Problem summary
Datapower JMS service may report the error "CONNECT_FAILED" when connecting to WAS server in early version (before WAS 8.5.5.15 and WAS 9.0.0.11) and the Strict Message Order is enabled at the same time.

Temporary fix
Disable the Strict Message Order in WAS server Destination/Queue.
