Error description

  • Building a custom codepage converter for ACE requires using ICU
    command line tools. These are not included in the base ACE
    distribution. Currently the documentation page "Generating a new
    code page converter" instructs customers to download and build
    ICU manually. Customers can instead request an ifix for defect
    87363 from IBM Support which includes the correct command line
    tools for their ACE fix pack.
