Error description

• The Storage Insights online documentation contains outdated
  information concerning Servers.  There is no action to Remove a
  server from Storage Insights as these hosts are discovered (and
  updated) when the storage device is probed.  The servers that
  are shown in Storage Insights are created based on the host
  mappings that are identified on the storage systems.  Storage
  Insights automatically creates and removes servers as
  appropriate based on the changes to the host mappings.
