Error description

• Backups of Virtual Machines might fail with the following error:
  
  
  
  ERROR,<id>,<timestamp>,2,CTGGA2649,Backup of virtual machine
  (VM) <vmname> has failed. Error: The specified directory is not
  empty (evddk-20006)
  
  This happens when the backup preceding the failing one failed to
  remove a lock. This can be checked in the VADP log from the last
  successful backup:

Local fix

• Manually remove the lock files:
  1. Verify no backups are running
  2. On the vSnaps, search for remaining lock files: "find /vsnap
  -name M*.lck"
  3. Remove the lock files found
