IT37870: /DATA FILESYSTEM OCCUPANCY INCREASES AFTER UPGRADING TO 10.1.8

Error description

• At the end of every SLA, the VADP logs are downloaded to the IBM
  Spectrum Protect Plus Server. After a change in the management
  of these logs starting in version 10.1.8, multiple copies of the
  same log files can exist in /data/log/vadp.
  
  This causes an increased occupancy of the /data filesystem on
  the IBM Spectrum Protect Plus host and can eventually lead to
  /data running out of space.
