Error description

• ACE transformation Advisor when run against IIB V10 broker
  backup produces inconsistent report across different EGs when
  node-level security profile policies are configured on the V10
  broker.

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  If a broker backup file contains node level security profile
  policies, TADataCollector may fail with below exception as it
  cannot be accessed by TADataCollector.

Problem conclusion

• TADataCollector utility has been modified  to handle the missing
  optional node level policies and thus avoiding the exception.
