IT37841: UDP VALUE IS RETURNING AS NULL INSTEAD OF EMPTY STRING AFTER MIGRATION TO ACE V11.

Error description

• When a flow with UDP set to empty value is migrated to ACE V11,
  getUserDefinedAttribute()  is returning NULL instead of empty
  string.

  All users of IBM App Connect Enterprise V11 and V12 migrating
  from earlier versions who uses User Defined Property

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  When a flow with User Defined Property set to empty value is
  migrated to ACE V11, getUserDefinedProperty() is returning NULL
  instead of empty string.
  

Problem conclusion

• Modified the product so that getUserDefinedProperty() will no
  longer return NULL and will return the correct default value for
  the UDP type.
