Error description

• Attempting to create tickets for hardware devices using Storage
  Insights fails and presents the user with the following message,
  with a red ?x?:
  ?Oops something went wrong, refresh the page to attempt to
  reload the data. <br> Reference ID: xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx?
  Internally, Storage Insights logs the following messages:
