APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The Operations Center REST services for Start Storage Rule is
  restricted to admins with SYSTEM authority only. The admin with
  user having unrestricted Storage, Policy and Operator privileges
  for Start Storage Rule shows the following error in the
  Operation Center.
  
  Cause: TsmRestException: Could not POST data on https://XXXXX:8
  443/protect/servers/PROTECT1_PROD/startStorageRule:httpStatus:40
  
  The APAR fix will allow non admin users to start the storage
  rule from the Operations Center.
  
  IBM Spectrum Protect versions affected:
  IBM Spectrum Protect Operations Center 8.1.8 and later on all
  supported platforms
  

Local fix

• 1.log in to the Operations Center with admin privileges that has
  the System authority to Start Storage rules.
  2.For the admin user with Unrestricted Storage, Policy and
  Operator privileges can run START Storage Rule from the admin
  command line client
