Error description

• IBM Spectrum Protect Plus shows wrong warning and alert
  notification message. Alert notification list does not recognize
  the latest backup and indicates that an backup/replication need
  to be done.
  Affected versions:
  IBM Spectrum Protect Plus 10.1.8 and later

• Retrieve date and time from catalog backup information.
