Error description

• When a decommissioned datastore has a duplicate UUID as a
  separate and active datastore, then the hypervisor probe
  initiated from IBM Spectrum Control will confuse the two and try
  to browse the active datastore using the browser instance of the
  inactive datastore.
  Trace logs:
  The error message in probe logs is "Invalid datastore path
  '[active datastore name]'"
  i.e.
  2021-04-10 00:12:19.355-0600 DatastoreBrowser Task failed for
  hypervisor <FQDN>, datastore <active_data_store_name> with
  error: Invalid datastore path '[<active_data_store_name>]'.

  This APAR fixes the code to consider also this scenario when
  choosing the datastore browser instance for a datastore.
