IT37035: API CONNECT GATEWAY SERVICE MIGHT RESTART UNEXPECTEDLY WHEN CLI 'SHOW CONNECTIONS' IS RUN

Error description

• The API Connect Gateway Service might restart unexpectedly, with
  an exception and stack trace similar to the below written to the
  DataPower default log in the API Connect domain:

  It is possible that the exception and API Connect Gateway
  Service restart could occur repeatedly under certain conditions.
  

Local fix

• Restart DataPower
  

Problem summary

• Sometimes when the user executes the CLI command "show
  connections" in Diagnostics mode,  the API Connect Gateway
  Service gets exception and is restarted unexpectedly.
  

Problem conclusion

• Fix is available in 2018.4.1.17, 10.0.1.4
