APAR status

Error description

• When using the replicate to spl routine, when a transaction has
  more than max smallint rows (so 65535), the cdr data sync thread
  exhausts all possible statement ids, and then rejects further
  rows (or the whole transaction at that point) with -208 errors
  reported in the RIS file.
