IT36955: RESTORING MICROSOFT 365 ONEDRIVE DATA FAILS WITH CTGGR0026

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When the IBM Spectrum Protect Plus Microsoft 365 agent
  is restoring OneDrive files with sizes is in the range
  of 4192223 to 4194303 bytes, the restoration
  of those objects will end with failure.
  The whole
  restore job ends with partial or failed status depending on
  whether objects outside the given range were included in the
  restore operation.
  
  In the job log, the following message can be found:
  Summary {date} CTGGR0026 {host} ONEDRIVE RESTORE -
  user@domain.onmicrosoft.com - An unexpected error occurred when
  processing the job.
  
  Additionally, in the agent logs the following message can be
  found:
  System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: Error while copying
  content to a stream

Problem conclusion

• This problem has been fixed so when restoring OneDrive files
  with sizes in the range of 4192223 to 4194303 bytes, files will
  be restored successfully.
