Error description

• The alwayson group backup priority option is not honored when
  multiple replicas are set to the same percentage.
  
  
  This results in the SQL alwayson database backup occurring on
  an alwayson replica server of lower backup priority,
  even if a replica of higher priority was supposed to be
  selected.

Problem conclusion

• Fixed an issue in the preferred node selection when there are
  multiple nodes with same lower priority and one node with higher
  priority. Also made a change to honor the exclude replica
  option. With the fix IBM Spectrum Protect Plus will select the
  node with the higher priority even when there are multiple nodes
  configured with same lower priority. Also IBM Spectrum Protect
  Plus  will not select a replica that is selected with exclude
  replica option.
