Error description

• When http_proxy environment variable is set in the ACE server
  machine then all REST requests to the Integration server results
  in an  'HTTP/1.1 404 Not Found' error. All mqsi commands like
  mqsideploy, mqsichangetrace, mqsilist etc that takes an
  Integration server as a command option will result in a failure
  or produce incorrect output. Webui actions on the Integration
  Server also fails.
  

Local fix

• Unset http_proxy environment variable in the ACE environment.

  All users of IBM App Connect Enterprise V11.0 having http_proxy
  environment variable.
