                  MountDatabase

    The Microsoft Exchange Restore Database (RDB) is successfully
    created but the next step, the Microsoft Exchange mount command
    is still running when the IBM Spectrum Protect Plus agent
    attempts to access the RDB. Therefore, it fails to find it:

    Error: Failed to mount database "<TargetDatabaseGUID>".
    Error: An Active Manager operation failed.
    Error: Couldn't find the specified mailbox database with GUID
           [Server=<ExchangeServerName,RequestId=<RequestId>,
           TimeStamp=<timestamp>]

    This behavior was seen randomly and seen to affect only RBD
    mounts.

    IBM Spectrum Protect Plus Versions Affected:
    IBM Spectrum Protect Plus 10.1.3 and higher

    Initial Impact: Medium
