APAR status

  • Closed as program error.

Error description

  • If a remote FTP or FTPS server responds to a USER command with
    a 232 status code during the login sequence then the following
    exception is thrown:
    
    BIP3381E: File node ''myFileNode'' in
    message flow ''myFlow'' cannot log in to remote ''FTP'' server
    'myServer.net'' with user name ''myUser''. Reason: ''USER
    =>response: 232 User myUser logged in ReplyCode:
    232''.
    
    Instead this status code should be treated as a
    positive reply and the transfer sequence should continue
    uninterrupted.
