  • The Datapower ISAM client may fail to start with the following
errors:

HPDBA0245E GSKKM API failed. GSKKM_Base64DecodeFileToBuf()

mtscertsignerclient.cpp 169 0x7f44ec0f3740 HPDBA0285E Automatic
refresh could not be performed because of a GSKKM API
error.

Security Access Manager authorization client log message: IBM
Security Access Manager server error: azn_initialize :
HPDIA0200W Authentication failed. You have used an invalid user
name, password or client certificate.

Local fix

  • Refresh the ISAM client certificate

Problem summary

  • Ensure that the ISAM certificates are read from the correct
location.
