Error description

• CD Server stats collection supports second as interval instead
  of millisecond hence stats collection should be done in
  interval of second rather than millisecond. Collecting stats at
  interval of millisecond can lead to duplicate processing of
  stats.

  All users of IBM App Connect Enterprise V11.0 and IBM
  Integration Bus V10.0 using the CDInput node.
  
  
  Platforms affected:

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  CD Stats Manager polls CD Server at interval of 100 ms while CD
  Servers keep stats data with timestamps in seconds. This can
  sometime lead to duplicate processing of same file by the
  CDInput node.
  

Problem conclusion

• CDInput node no more process same input file more than once.
